AiOptimation is a trading name of Mouad Elkurdi, based in Manchester, United Kingdom. We provide enquiry handling, follow-up and appointment booking services to trade businesses in the UK.

We use this to respond to you, arrange calls and keep the site working and secure. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests — responding to people who contact us — and, for security logging, our legitimate interest in protecting the service.
We contact UK trade businesses about our services. This is the part of this notice most likely to be relevant if you have heard from us without asking to.

You have an absolute right to object to direct marketing. Reply "unsubscribe" to any email, say so on any call, or email hello@aioptimation.com. We will stop immediately, add you to our permanent suppression list, and confirm. You never have to give a reason.
We also screen telephone numbers against the Telephone Preference Service, the Corporate Telephone Preference Service and our own do-not-call list before making marketing calls.
When a trade business engages us, we handle enquiries and customer information on their behalf — for example a homeowner's name, address, phone number and the job they are enquiring about.
For that data, our client is the data controller and we are their processor. We act only on their written instructions under a data processing agreement, we do not use their customers' data for our own purposes, we do not sell it, and we return or delete it when the engagement ends.
If you are a homeowner who has dealt with us on behalf of a trade business and you want to exercise your data rights, please contact that business directly. If you contact us instead, we will pass your request on promptly.
We use a small number of service providers to run the business — hosting, email, calendar and scheduling, messaging and telephony, and conversational AI tooling. They process data only on our instructions. We do not sell personal data to anyone.
Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Addendum.
