One installer per town · 8 places this quarter

Heating installers lose jobs to whoever answers first.

We make sure that's you. Every missed call texted back within 60 seconds, every quote chased for a month, every old customer reminded about their annual service — while you're still up a ladder.

£249/month + £75 per survey we book you · no setup fee · no contract

The problem

Two questions most installers can't answer

How many calls did you miss last week? Not how many you took. How many rang out while you were under a boiler — and rang the next installer on Google ninety seconds later.
Of the quotes you sent in the last three months, how many did you chase more than once? Most installers send the quote and wait. The job usually goes to whoever followed up on day nine.

Neither of those is a marketing problem. That's work you already won and then quietly lost — the cheapest revenue in your business, and nobody is collecting it.

The maths

Work out what the missed ones are costing you.

Move the sliders. The assumptions are shown underneath so you can argue with them.

£54,600
of work walking out the door every year, on your own numbers.
This isn't a forecast, and it isn't what we'd promise to recover. It's what your own three numbers imply is at risk. Assumes 4 in 10 missed calls are a genuine job enquiry and half of those never ring back — both deliberately conservative. Change the sliders and argue with it. That's about 18 jobs a year.
What we build

You fit boilers. We handle everything between the enquiry and the booked survey.

01

Missed calls texted back

Any call you can't take gets a text inside 60 seconds — before they scroll down to the next installer.

02

Phone agent picks up

Answers when you can't, in your firm's voice, takes the details and books the survey. No voicemail, no lost job.

03

Every channel, one place

WhatsApp, your website, Facebook and the phone — all answered within a minute, day, night or Sunday.

04

Booked into your diary

Surveys go straight into the calendar you already use, with reminders so you're not stood on an empty doorstep.

05

Quotes chased for 30 days

Six follow-ups on every quote you've sent and heard nothing back on. This is where most of the money is hiding.

06

Old customers brought back

Everyone you've ever fitted for, reminded about their annual service and their landlord safety check. Often pays our fee on its own.

How it works

From first call to live — in 14 days.

Day 1

We count what you're losing

We look at every way an enquiry reaches you and work out how many go unanswered. You get that number whether you buy anything or not.

Days 2–4

We train it on your business

Your boilers, your brands, your prices, your patch, your way of speaking. It learns what you fit and what you won't touch.

Days 5–13

We go live quietly

Switched on with a test phase first, so you see and approve every message before it starts running on its own.

Day 14+

You get the numbers every Friday

Calls recovered, quotes revived, surveys booked, revenue attributed. Real figures, not graphs.

Pricing

You pay for surveys, not promises.

Published, so you don't have to sit through a sales call to find out.

What counts as a survey

Because you should know exactly what you're being charged for before you agree to anything.

A billable survey is an appointment our system creates in your calendar, for a genuine enquiry, at a confirmed address. Cancellations and no-shows are not charged. You get the week's list every Friday — anything you don't query within 7 days is treated as accepted.

If we book you nothing, you pay £249 and we've both learned something. If we book you fifteen, you'll not mind the invoice.

Fair questions

What installers actually ask us

I'm flat out already.

Then you don't need more leads — you need the ones you've already got to stop going cold. And being flat out in August is exactly why January hurts. Everything we recover is work you had already earned.

All my work comes from word of mouth.

Same for most installers we work with, and we're not trying to change that. Word of mouth brings you the call. This is about the four hours after it, when you're on a job and physically can't answer.

I've been burned by a marketing company before.

Most have. That's why there's no setup fee, no contract, and most of what you pay only happens after a survey is already in your diary. If it doesn't work you're out £249 and a fortnight, not five grand and a year.

Is it just a chatbot?

No. It answers the phone, replies on WhatsApp, and writes real appointments into your real diary. How it's built is our problem — what you're buying is booked surveys.

Will it annoy my customers?

It's tuned to sound like a person from your firm, not a robot with a script. It stops the moment someone asks it to, it never chases more than six times, and anything it can't answer goes straight to you. You approve every message before it goes live.

Will it say something daft or quote a wrong price?

It's built never to quote a figure it hasn't been given, never to promise a date you haven't approved, and never to guess at a technical answer. Anything it isn't certain about goes to you and books a survey instead.

Do I have to change how I work?

No. You keep your number, your diary and your way of doing things. We sit behind all of it. Switch us off tomorrow and nothing you own stops working.

What about heat pumps?

Especially heat pumps. The Boiler Upgrade Scheme grant is £7,500, and £9,000 for off-gas-grid properties until March 2027, so enquiry volume is up — and most of it is people asking questions before they commit. Those are exactly the enquiries that die without follow-up.

Why only one installer per town?

Because the whole point is that you answer before your competitor does. If we ran both of you it would be a coin toss, and we'd be selling you nothing. While you're with us, we won't take another installer on your patch.

Ten minutes to find out what you're missing.

We'll ask you two questions. If the numbers aren't there, we'll tell you straight.
